Executive Chef | Club Beenleigh

Club Beenleigh, one of the largest hospitality venues in the Beenleigh area, seeks a qualified high achieving Head Chef to lead its kitchen team with passion and enthusiasm.

The Club is a multi-outlet venue that provides its patrons with the Bull and Barra Restaurant and a café offering 7 days per week, as well as functions.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate that you can:

  • Lead and manage a team
  • Manage a P&L, ensure that the cost of goods and wages are in line with targets and KPIs
  • Create menus with quality produce
  • Train and mentor your team,
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A passion for Modern Australian cuisine and a knowledge of current trends
  • Demonstrate that you can deliver on the fundamental menu components of a club offering while displaying your creative flair
  • Demonstrate knowledge of stock control, POS sales reports and rostering experience
  • Build on the clubs current strong team culture
  • Demonstrate that you can become a member of the club’s leadership team
  • Hold necessary qualifications and accreditations
