North Lakes Sports Club

Jacaranda Advisory was contacted by the Caboolture Sports Club to assist with the development of a new Sporting Club venue in the suburb of North Lakes.

A feasibility study was undertaken to determine the viability of a sporting venue within the suburb of North Lakes and if it could be supported by the population then provided to the financer to provide funding. This process included statistical research along with community consultation and financial forecasting  to determine both the financial viability and social suitability of the venue.

After determining the demand; building design and layout were decided upon and the build process began on the $25million plus development

Jacaranda Advisory then undertook the liquor and gaming applications necessary for the venue to operate and was in constant discussion with the Office of Liquor and Gaming as necessary to ensure compliance.

Post building completion the venue successfully opened in March 2017 exceeding expectations and cementing itself as a popular destination for the local community of North Lakes.
