Club Manager – Beenleigh Sports Club
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, experienced Club Manager to be a key part of the future success of the Beenleigh Sports Club.
Located in the population growth corridor between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the club is the largest licensed premise and sports club in the area, supporting tennis, pickle ball, cricket, Australian rules football, fishing as well as supporting other community organizations.
The Club facilities include a restaurant, café, sports bar, function rooms, TAB, Keno and gaming machines.
The Club Manager will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the licensed venue and will report to the Board
The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with all stakeholder groups
- Ability to develop, motivate and manage a successful team
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in driving revenue with effective sales and marketing whilst maintaining KPIs
- Sound knowledge of food, beverage, functions, gaming operations, marketing, loyalty activities and legislative requirements
- Experience with managing renovations, maintenance and repairs
- Management experience in comparable sized hospitality operations, in particular licensed clubs and hotels with gaming operations
- Hold relevant gaming and liquor licensing certificates
