Venue Manager Brisbane Bayside Club
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, experienced, Venue Manager to be a key part of the future success of this high-volume food, beverage, function and gaming venue.
The Club has modern facilities including restaurant, coffee shop , multiple bars and function areas as well , TAB, Keno and gaming machines.
The hands’ role is responsible for the leadership, management and day-to-day operations of the licensed venue.
The Venue Manager will be employed by the management company and will receive support covering HR, marketing, operations, administration and strategic planning.
The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to develop, motivate and manage a successful team
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in driving revenue with effective sales and marketing whilst maintaining KPIs
- Strong leadership and communication skills with all stakeholder groups
- Sound knowledge of food, beverage, functions, gaming operations, marketing, loyalty activities and legislative requirements
- Experience with managing maintenance and repairs
- Management experience in comparable sized hospitality operations, in particular licensed clubs and hotels with large volume food, beverage and function operations as well as gaming operations
- Hold relevant gaming and liquor licensing certificates
